Virgin Fest 2019 is a new festival series from Richard Branson and Virgin Music! It's the latest in a follow-up from the now defunct V Festival that was popular in the last decade. It promises to be a "multi-experiential music festival series," so it looks like it will have more than one location.

The Virgin Fest announcement speaks of "diverse music acts, cutting edge technological experiences, exclusive content and a commitment to sustainability." So we can expect the high-level, high-touch experience and hospitality that Virgin is known for.
As for music genres and the Virgin Fest lineup, it's unknown at this point, but V Fest included multiple genres as a broad-based music festival, so it seems a good guess the Virgin Fest could be similar.
